当我怀着崇敬的心情，踏进晓庄师范学院，寻找陶先生的“高大身影”；当我登上劳山，向先生陵墓敬献花篮，解读他“千教万教教人求真，千学万学学做真人”的教诲；当我站在陶行知纪念馆前，细细品读“犁宫”两字，反复阅读陶先生的生平事迹；当我再一次拜读《高大的身影》，被其中的一则则短小精悍的'故事所打动时……我的心为之震撼，震撼于他“捧着一颗心来，不带半根草去”的献身精神，震撼于他“爱满天下”的无私胸怀，震撼于他的“生活即教育，社会即学校，教学做合一”的生活教育理论……

虽然先生离开我们已六十四年了，但是他的光辉形象永远镌刻在一代又一代教育者的心中，我想他的伟大之处，在于他的教育思想求真创新，在于他的教育理论博大精深，更在于他有一颗伟大的师爱之心。陶先生经常说 “捧着一颗心来，不带半根草去”，这个“捧”就是奉献，这个“心”就是师爱之心，“捧”给谁？给人民和儿童。

陶先生的一生，正是为教育事业、为祖国富强无私奉献的一生。一个留洋归来的学者，毅然脱下西装革履，穿上布衣草鞋，开荒盖房，创办乡村学堂，让穷苦的孩子享受教育。即便在生活窘迫的时候，他依然把从加拿大华侨那里募捐的捐款和个人演讲的门票收入都汇寄香港保卫中国同盟，支持抗日斗争。

先生不仅自己有奉献之心，而且还教育学生有奉献之心。所以他倡导“小先生制”，让学生教学生，让学生教不识字的贫苦大众。正是先生以一颗伟大的爱心滋润着无数颗童心，才让爱心得以延续，得以涌动，汇聚成更大的爱心。虽然我们所处的时代与陶先生的时代有着天壤之别，但是先生对教育事业恪尽职守，勇于奉献，乐于奉献的精神，仍然激励着我们每一位教育工作者。

“桃李不言，下自成蹊”，比如，被周总理称为“国宝”的、全国首批特级教师霍懋征老师，在六十一年平凡的教育生涯中，坚持“没有爱就没有教育”的教育理念，以慈母般的爱，精心呵护每一位学生，尤其偏爱特殊的学生，从未惩罚过一次学生，从未向学生发过一次火，更没有向家长告过一次状，霍老师所做的一切着实让人佩服，更让人赞叹，可以说这是霍老师用人格、师爱、信念、学识、魅力来用心诠释“没有爱就没有教育”的大爱无边的教育真谛。虽然霍老已离开了我们，但“传道授业解惑躬耕一生，彰爱扬清懿德垂范千秋”是她一生的真实写照，万古长青，流芳百世。

由此，我想到“大爱是师德之魂”，一名幼儿教师只要拥有着无私奉献的精神，具有爱生如子的博大胸怀，才能时刻把幼儿放在心里。幼儿进步了，她感到欣慰；幼儿退步了，她感到焦急不安；幼儿犯了错误，她感到痛心和自愧。

作为新时期的幼儿教师，必须时刻牢记陶行知先生的至理名言“捧着一颗心来，不带半根草去”，用伟大的师爱之心，奉献幼教事业，理解孩子，赏识孩子，在平凡的幼教岗位上甘于清贫，兴趣盎然地走进孩子的心灵世界，认真研读孩子这本大书，让每个孩子在人生的起始阶段获得全面、和谐、快乐的成长。
