第二天我们到了阳西出名的沙扒湾，我迫不及待地换上游泳衣，一支箭似的冲出了海滩，爸爸也跟着追了上来。我发现原来这个海滩上还有沙滩摩托车玩，最终我们以每半小时50元的便宜价格租了一辆。开车了，一阵海风吹来，让我感到无不的清爽！“吃完风餐后”我们看到海上有一个“安全岛”上面有几个人坐着，后来还不停地有人上去，我们也不妨过去凑一下热闹吧！我和爸爸比赛着向“安全岛”游过去，结果当然是我赢了，可是当我爬上去的时候，却不小心被一些贝壳之类的东西扎到了脚流血了，不过爸爸教我把一些海水放到伤口上让它“刺激”一下，很快就没事了！

很快，我们度假的三天过去了，“光阴似箭，日月如梭”我们一定要珍惜时间啊！
